ConnectGV offers Supported Employment funded by the NDIS, for local people with a disability through our Social Enterprises. Supported Employees are assisted to engage in meaningful work and have the opportunity further develop their skills to achieve their individual employment goals.
Pathways
The Pathway Program actively focuses on promoting everyday independence through skill development, education based and pre-employment activities. Participants have the opportunity to develop their independence with an emphasis on a practical experience in workplace environments. Participants are supported to gain meaningful work experience and engage in tailored activities to achieve individual goals.
