ConnectGV Social Enterprises are Social Traders Certified and provide a supported work environment for our NDIS participants. Our social enterprises engage people with a disability both as Supported Employees and to participate in our programs of support to enhance their employment skills.

When you make a purchase from one of our social enterprises, you are supporting meaningful ongoing employment and training for people with a disability.

Billabong Garden Complex

Billabong Garden Complex is more than just a nursery, it’s an opportunity. As a social enterprise of ConnectGV, Billabong provides training and employment for local people with a disability. NDIS Participants and Supported Employees work together with our Support Workers to run the business, everything from plant care and propagation to administration, order fulfilment, ad hoc cleaning and customer service.

Billabong Flowers

Our fresh flower delivery program runs out of Billabong Garden Complex on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, providing fresh flowers to local businesses each week. On Thursdays, participants work to restock our gift store with florals. NDIS participants work together with our support workers to create beautiful arrangements of fresh and dried flowers for participating businesses.

Outdoor Learning Centre

Our Outdoor Learning Centre is a purpose built space designed for participants, staff and community members alike. This vibrant and inclusive space is available for meetings, training, courses, activity groups, schools, private dining and for all other gatherings. Additionally, the learning centre allows our supported employees the opportunity to learn the booking system and prepare the centre for events.

Billabong Rags

GV Ragz operates out of Billabong Garden Complex, providing various grades of rags suitable for cleaning and floor polishing, printers, mechanics and trades, and high quality cloth specifically for car detailing. Supported Employees and NDIS Participants work together to grade, size and pack the required product, and participate in the free delivery of rags to local businesses.

GV Lawns

ConnectGV Services provide a ready workforce of NDIS Participants ready to work as Supported Employees. The team will undertake jobs which can be labour or time intensive within ConnectGV, including cleaning, mowing and yard maintenance and other ad hoc duties. CGVS is here to maximise the efficiency of the workplace whilst providing meaningful employment for people with a disability.
