ConnectGV Individual Support offers tailored services to people with disabilities.
The Individual Support Program assists clients with completing daily living tasks, accessing the community, social inclusion and building skills to live independently. We assist with networking and identifying appropriate community support services to access and engage in.
ConnectGV acknowledges and pays respect to the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we are located in Shepparton which forms part of the Yorta Yorta Nation. We honour and pay our respect to Elders and leaders, past, present and emerging and we celebrate their continuing culture.
